You’ll have a big impact on the success of your Table Table Restaurant. Both highly energetic and personable, you’ll know how to drive the business forward and have a major input in the overall motivation of your team. Constantly looking for ways to improve your branch and so meet – and even exceed, targets – you’ll endeavour to make sure that everyone gives 100% and that your customers receive an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:Managing, leading and inspiring a committed team Recognising and promoting excellent performance Recruiting outstanding individuals Maintaining a welcoming and inviting venue for customers Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards Making sure staffing and stock levels are maintained Your skills and qualifications will include:First-class management experience in a similar role A strong appreciation of the Health and Safety, food safety and licensing laws Loads of commercial acumen and business awareness An understanding of P&L accounts, stock management and cost control Strong leadership and motivational abilities What we will be looking for in you:Among your many skills and experiences, there’s a key ability that we’re looking for: Energy.
