Our Senior Customer Service Consultants will play an integral part of our vision; offering word-class service to all of our customers. It is essential that your product and service awareness, rather than knowledge, is extremely sharp as you will be the experts in providing the right solution to the customer when they require it most; acting as champions of the ‘1st time fix’. We are looking for high level staff and you will be treated accordingly. You will have the autonomy to sort out issues yourself, being able to raise credits for customers without needing a manger’s authority. You will also be empowered to sort out customer queries without worrying about average handling time targets. What is important is sorting out the queries for the customer, however long that may take.
Discussing lots of products and services over the phone can be an exciting yet demanding challenge but you will be committed to delighting the customer at all times and will support all the products, departments and services we provide. With plenty of initiative and the satisfaction of quick-thinking, our senior consultants take delight in helping our customers out of awkward situations and celebrating success.
There are no surprises in learning that communication is key. Our Senior Customers Service Consultants love talking to people and building a rapport with the person at the end of the telephone; whether that is one of our customers or a colleague. You will question and listen to ensure you are fully informed of the customer’s situation in order to guarantee their solution delivery is the right one, and will provide a complete end-to-end communication. This delivery will often involve returning the customer’s call with the solution after investigations.
