THE COMPANY

We are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Team Manager to join this rapidly expanding Financial Company going through a successful period of growth. You will need to possess a keen passion for exceeding targets and have the hunger for success. They have built their success on making sure that they find the right people to drive the business forward. They will invest time in shaping your career and give you all the support you need.


To be considered for this position the individual must have the ability to motivate and enthuse a team to achieve targets and maximize team performance.

THE ROLE


Key Accountabilities of the role include; -

  • To lead and enable a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and sales success within the sales centre
  • You will lead a team of 10 outbound advisors and will be responsible for the achievement of a range of sales, quality and compliance objectives for the team 
  • Take full ownership to teams operational performance in this financial sales arena, providing clear support and leadership
  • Pro-actively seek new opportunities to move the business forward, and support the Call Centre Manager as appropriate on strategic and operational initiatives as required
  • Work in partnership with peers to resolve training needs, recruitment and contact centre productivity
  • To promote a strong customer care culture based on company strategy, standards and policies

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must currently be working at Team Leader level within a strong sales environment
  • Possess a proven track record in sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed
  • A desire to help others and develop them through coaching
  • Proven Leadership skills are a must, including the ability to drive, motivate and build a high performing and empowered team with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to identify and address training/development needs
  • Flexible approach to working hours – Contact Centre is open from 8am to 10pm
